Northstar Montessori
The Summer Camp Guide helps direct the children’s academic, emotional, and physical development in a prepared and peaceful Montessori-inspired environment. The Summer Camp Guide sets up, operates, and maintains the classroom and outdoor activity areas with the order and neatness characteristic of the Montessori environment.
Preschool
The Assistant Teacher works in the preschool classrooms as assigned, helping the Lead and Teachers to operate, and maintain the classroom with the order and neatness characteristic of the Montessori environment. The Assistant Teacher aids in the implementation of the daily schedule and routine, assisting with activities, developing nurturing relationships, and ensuring the safety, security, and supervision of students.
The Float Teacher works in the preschool classrooms as assigned, helping the Lead and Assistant Teachers to operate, and maintain the classroom with the order and neatness characteristic of the Montessori environment. The Float Teacher aids in the implementation of the daily schedule and routine, assisting with activities, developing nurturing relationships, and ensuring the safety, security, and supervision of students.
Infant/Toddler
The Assistant Teacher helps the Lead Teacher set up, operate, and maintain the classroom with the order and neatness characteristic of the Montessori environment. The Assistant Teacher shall practice collaborative communication with all families and staff, striving to become the most effective educator possible.
